We Harry Helfrich & Bernie Podlubny have taken a slightly different approach to Real Estate sales. We have adopted a team approach whereby at least one of us is always available to take calls and look after business 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We each take two days off per week and vacations, so that we are continuously recharged and ready to do business.
We have been working together as a team for 7 successful years now and have a total of 21 years experience as Realtor’s in Nanaimo. Other past life skills include 20 years Canadian Armed Forces (Engineers), 14 years Shell Canada (Drafting & Accounting), 15 years Maintenance Supervisor School Districts (Alberta & B.C.), plus building construction & fisheries technician experience.
We also believe in giving back to the community by actively serving on various committees and participating on the board of directors at the local Rotary Club.
As Realtors we are proficient in listing and selling both Residential & Commercial Real Estate. All aspects will be handled effectively, from the initial information packages to the drafting of proper enforceable interim sales agreements.

love Gabriola Island and we even love the commute! Bet you don`t hear
that one too often! In fact I am writing this note on the ferry. Good
time to catch up on the things I keep putting off or forgetting to do.
